Is it legal to drive without side mirrors in Colorado (Jeep Wrangler)?
I bought my 2008 Wrangler in November and now the weather is nice enough to take the top off. I would like to take the doors off this summer but I'm not sure if I will need to buy mirror relocation brackets or not.
Then point me in the direction of a good Jeep club =)
Not 100% sure on this, but I believe from my time in Colorado that you must have at least a driver's side mirror for driving a vehicle on any state, county, or municipal roads (basically any paved road in the state). My motto is "better safe than sorry," so I'd get the relocation brackets.
