I have been working out since 11/05 5x a wk hr a day. I weighed in @ 123 then and now I am 135. Is that good?
I think that I am fat everytime I look in the mirror my clothes feel different and I am not happy with my self. I thought that you where spose to feel good about yourself when you worked out. I feel sick with myself and now I can't eat, sleep, all I think about is my weight, counting calories all the time. What should I do?? Help!!!! My Fiance hasn't even said how I look. I have no self asteam anymore. I thought I was fat when I weighed 123 and now I am 135 and I eat right, exercise, sleep good I don't drink,smoke,drink sodas eat red meat, no candy and look I gained weight. HELP!!!
The scale is never important, quit weighing yourself. Go off of measurements, if you're losing inches and adding muscle you're doing well. If you're not losing inches, take a good long look at your diet; because this may be the culprit. Join fitness forums they're fun and you'll get alot of answers just by reading the info. they have there. Good luck! Here's a great fitness forum
