Do poly resin frames look cheap? or are they elegant?

In the process of renovation - I need to buy an oval "antigue looking" mirror (if not antique) for my powder room.
(All the accesories in the room are pewter. The mirror should have some greyish/silverish hue.)
I've had a hard time finding one that I a) like and b) is no more than about 23" wide.
I found one online that looks perfect.
But, I'm concerned that it would not be high enough quality.
If you would like to see the exact piece you can try this URL: http://www.moremirrors.com:80/MM49536.htm
I appreciate your response.
Thank you,
Lorac

I make furniture and totally understand how you feel. I would suggest you find a wood mirror similar to the one you are talking about and paint it with pewter or bronze paint. It will be hard to find a paint/stain that looks like pewter realistically but I'm sure there is something out there. I could also make a mirror frame for you(hint). Check out Etsy.com and you'll see my stuff and alot of other great items. My shop is called Bryansworkshop under "furniture".
