How to remove sticker on a mirror?

I stuck a circular stick on my mirror and took it off. I removed the top layer But the white paper and goo underneath dried up and its exretemly gard to remove? (probaly years) any ways to do it?

Razor blade (or one of those yellow plastic scrapers with a razor blade end). You won't scratch the mirror. The residual glue will come off with household cleaner, once the sticker isn't protecting it anymore.

There's also a chemical product made specifically for this, available in any home improvement or automotive store. Can't recall the name at the moment. More trouble than its worth though, unless you have an aversion to razor blades.
