How do you take down a wall of mirror tiles without a huge mess?
I am purchasing a home with a wall covered in mirror tiles (circa 1970s). Does anyone know what sort of adhesive was used on them back in that day; and, if so, how best to remove them without destroying the drywall underneath?
OHH.... hmm.... well the adhesive they used in the 70's.... i guess it kinda depends... you might not be able to remove it without ruining the dry-wall, im sorry. the only way you will find this out is if you try out the first tile and see how easy they come up, get a putty knife and wiggle your way through each tile, take your time, and see what you can save.
