Well, first of all, get rid of the banned cards, aka Heavy Storm. Add a second Mystical Space Typhoon in its place.

Judgment of Anubis isn't needed at 2, because you don't have any urgent need to protect your backrow. Add a Giant Trunade instead, as that is the only backrow clearer now that Heavy is banned.

Next; Magic Cylinder, while good in certain situations, is not needed in a Dragon deck. Add Solemn Judgment: that stops everything except monster effects (and attacks) and that is GOOD, for just half your Life Points.

Airbellums and Magna Dragos aren't needed. Magna Drago fits in with the Dragon theme, but there are better (faster) cards you can use, like Dark Hole (unbanned since ages ago), a third Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, 3 Prime Material Dragons to protect your dragons and from burn decks.

If you want a synchro friendly deck, just add a copy of Gale, 2-3 Krebons and an E-Teleport, but I don't think that's necessary since you're not going to be focussing on them, so they might actually become a hindrance.

Second last, replace Double Summon with Foolish Burial, and remove 1 of those Lightning Vortexes for a copy of Burst Stream of Destruction. Foolish Burial would help much more than Double Summon; send that Blue Eyes to set up for Decoy Dragon's effect, set up for Dragon's Mirror, etc.

Lastly, I suggest these cards for a dragon deck:

1-3 Masked Dragon
1-2 Stamping Destruction
1-3 Swing of Memories (to get BEWD or BEUD back)
1-3 Birthright (same as Swing)
1-3 King of the Swamp (makes it easier to summon BEUD)
